Elianna Paner
Elianna Paner serves as the Strategy and International Partnerships Lead at Eastbridge Partners, with experience in international affairs, institutional relations, and market expansion between Europe and Southeast Asia. She previously collaborated with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines on an infrastructure initiative and contributed to education and SDG projects in Thailand and Vietnam. Her work across government and global programs, together with research on smart cities and urban governance, shapes her approach to connecting institutions, companies, and markets, with a forward-looking focus on emerging trends and opportunities.
